Drop into Laurinburg, Wagram or other Scotland County towns on a given weekend and you might be able to attend an  outdoor concert or stage performance, a celebration of Scottish heritage or African-American culture, a genuine North Carolina-style pig pickin' barbecue, a land speed racing event — even an Army parachuting competition!
